I agree. I'm the first game, when I played I skipped all the cutscenes (I'm very impatient) so I never even knew who Roman was. When I played it again while watching cutscenes, I am still confused what exactly were Navarro's motives. Marlowe didn't need the neurotoxin, she already had Talbot's. U4 did better though, since Rafe actually had a reason to do the stuff he did. ULL, I haven't played/seen walkthroughs of it.
