This article is a list of rewards that can be unlocked in Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception. Completing various goals, such as beating the game on certain difficulties or by finding enough treasure automatically unlocks rewards, but weapons cannot be "spawned" before beating the game at least once.

The remastered version also features two bronze trophies called Cosplay and Cheaters Gonna Cheat. The former is earned by killing an enemy while playing as an alternate character other than Drake, and the latter by activating a tweak.

Note that the original PS3 release only featured unlockable Bonus Galleries, but more rewards are available on the remastered game on the Nathan Drake collection. The character and weapon skins are taken from the removed multiplayer mode.
