Drake's Fortune rewards

Rewards in Drake's Fortune are unlocked by accumulating Medal Points, which are earned by obtaining medals. While most rewards unlock automatically upon reaching specific point thresholds, some require hidden cheat codes. Players must complete the game at least once before they can swap character costumes.

In Drake's Fortune Remastered, the Medal Point system is replaced; rewards are instead unlocked by collecting treasures and completing the game on various difficulty levels. The remastered version also introduces two bronze trophies: Cosplay, earned by defeating an enemy while using a non-Drake skin, and Cheater Cheater, earned by activating any gameplay tweak.
