Elimination is a selectable multiplayer game mode in Uncharted 2: Among Thieves and Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception.

Uncharted 2: Among Thieves[]
Elimination matches feature heroes fighting villains where each team must survive three rounds against the other team. The first team to win three out of five rounds win. Unlike Deathmatch, there is no kill requirement. Instead, players must kill every player from the other team within three minutes. When a player dies, they do not respawn and are left to spectate the remainder of the match. Players still alive will not be able to hear dead players with mics. When all players on the other team are killed, the round ends. If there is an equal amount of players on each team by the time the round wins, the round is a tie and neither team get a point.

There have only been two variations in editions of The Lab.
- 2 vs. 2 Elimination
- Snipers Only Elimination
In custom matches, elimination can also be played on crushing. Although, health is not actually lowered and instead booster removal is the only change.

After Title Update 1.09, the money for elimination kills was raised to $750 per kill.

Elimination was implemented into Uncharted 3 multiplayer with Patch 1.11.[1] It is exactly the same style as the one from Uncharted 2, though this game mode now has Power Plays.
