The Mettler M-30 is a semi-automatic rifle featured in Uncharted 4: A Thief's End, and Uncharted: The Lost Legacy.

OverviewEdit

Uncharted 4: A Thief's EndEdit

SingleplayerEdit

The Mettler M-30 is first found in Chapter 8. The gun is quite common and is dropped by Shoreline soldiers.

Multiplayer Edit

The Mettler M-30 has high damage and moderate recoil, accuracy, and rate of fire. It's best used mid to long range.

ModificationsEdit
  • Starting Ammo
  • Scope-in Radar
  • Reload Speed
  • Silencer
  • Aimed Strafe Speed
  • Recoil
  • Clip Capacity

Tips Edit

  • Pressing R3 while aiming enters a scoped view.
  • This weapon is a great mix between a sniper and a assault rifle. It's a very versatile weapon and can be used in nearly every situation.
    • The main downside to this weapon is when blindfiring and fighting at close range, as the fire rate drastically hinders the player.
  • The Mettler M-30 is a good alternative to the M14 Custom, as it has higher damage, more ammo capacity, and a faster fire rate.

DesignEdit

The Mettler M-30 is based on a Ruger Mini-30 Tactical, with a jungle camo synthetic stock and ACOG-ish optics. The weapon has some skewed proportions, such as the 20-round 7.62x39 magazine its fitted with being thicker than it should be, and a very stubby fore-end.

Uncharted: The Lost LegacyEdit

  • The Mettler M-30 is unchanged from A Thief's End and is a common weapon used from Chapter 3 - "Homecoming" onwards in The Lost Legacy by Asav's insurgents.
