The Micro-9mm is a fully automatic submachine pistol commonly featured in the Uncharted series. It is not particularly strong and not too accurate, losing effectiveness at long range, but makes up for it with a very fast rate of fire. It was replaced with the Arm Micro in Drake's Deception.

The Micro-9mm is based on the Micro Uzi, the smallest in the family of the popular 'Uzi' submachine guns.

History

Drake's Fortune

First found in "The Fortress", in the namesake location the fortress, the Micro-9mm was solely used by a few of Eddy Raja's pirates as an upgrade to the PM-9mm pistol. Several pirates made use of the submachine pistol in the following chapters as well, namely "Unlocking the Past", and the first two chapters taking place at the Drowned City. During the chapters in the customs house it was entirely phased out in favor of stronger weapons, and afterwards it is seen only once more in "Sanctuary?".

Among Thieves

The Micro-9mm is much more common in Among Thieves than Drake's Fortune. It's normally dropped by enemies carrying Riot Shields, who can use the one-handed weapon effectively alongside their shields. The Micro-9mm has the same attributes as from Drake's Fortune.

The Lost Legacy

The Micro-9mm is unchanged from A Thief's End and is used by Asav's insurgents from Chapter 4 onwards.

Multiplayer

A Thief's End

The Mirco-9mm only appears in the multiplayer of A Thief's End. It was released alongside the Survival gamemode update. The weapon can be dropped through DLC weapon chests or purchased for 250 Uncharted Points. The Micro-9mm has low damage range and accuracy, moderate recoil, and a very fast rate of fire. It's best used close range.

Medals and trophies

Scoring 50 kills with the Micro-9mm will unlock the medal, worth 10 points, and bronze trophy "50 Kills: Micro-9mm" in Drake's Fortune and Drake's Fortune Remastered. It also unlocks a medal, worth $10,000, and bronze trophy of the same name in Among Thieves and Among Thieves Remastered. And doing the same will unlock the same bronze trophy in Golden Abyss.
